Main Duties
The butchery work will include:
De-boning, dicing, slicing, jointing and packaging of multi species carcass.
The preparation and make up of orders, loading and unloading vans, receiving deliveries and appropriate storage.
Cleaning of machinery and equipment after butchery.
Ensuring a high standard of quality and cleanliness is maintained.
Any reasonable requests by their immediate supervisor relating to the butchery department of the company


Qualifications, Certificates or Licences
An understanding of cleanliness and hygiene is desirable although, not essential as full training will be given

Skills, Abilities and Personal Qualities
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a good attitude towards work
Due to the nature of the business, they will need to be physically fit as there will be a fair amount of heavy lifting

No experience required as full training given
